Project Description
The goal of the project was to revamp the branding of Knock Knock Toys & Gifts, a toy store in Seal Beach, CA.
Project was a collaborative effort with groupmates Maya Evans and Carlos Cruzado.
I was responsible for designing a marketing brochure, the stores Birthday Club Postcard, and redesigning the appearance of the stores storefront and window display.
Birthday Club Postcard
The Birthday Club Postcard, created using Adobe Illustrator acts as a form of store credit, since this is aimed at young children I chose to design the postcard to look like play currency to add an element of playfulness to this service.
Trifold Brochure
The Trifold Brochure was created using Adobe InDesign, in the first draft store information was presented though long uninterrupted bodies of text which made it a chore to read.
Based of feedback I made a number of adjustments to make the content less of a chore to read. Another adjustment made was making the images have rounded edges to make them have a softer appearance.
